Corr-A-Flex Single Wall Pipe - Corrugated HDPE Pipe
Blue Diamond Corr-A-Flex is a corrugated HDPE (high density polyethylene) pipe. Corr-A-Flex is available in diameters from 3 through 24. Overall lengths are determined by the integral bell spigot design. Laying lengths are 20 feet. Pipe 3 through 6 is available in 100 and 250 coils. For highway drainage projects, 3-6 maxi-coils are available in lengths up to 3000. Pipe is also available perforated and slotted in sizes 3-8.

Typical applications include general drainage, storm sewers, culverts, side drains and septic tanks.

Corr-A-Flex - Specifications and Joint Options
Corr-A-Flex meets ASTM F 405 material specifications in diameters ranging from 4 to 6, and ASTM F 667 for the larger diameters. Perforations and physical properties meet AASHTO M 252 for 10 and smaller and M-294 for 12 and larger, Type C (corrugated) and CP (corrugated and perforated.) Standard pipe comes with an integral bell and a spigot joint. External couplers are available. Standard bell and spigot pipe meets soil tight specifications per AASHTO M-294.
Installation should be in accordance with written specifications or local agency standards. In lieu of specific requirements, pipe should be installed according to ASTM D 2321.
