The principal purpose of this role is to support the day-to-day production and operations by maintaining proper invnentory of supplies. In addition to ordering supplies, this position will be responsible for communicating with vendors, cost comparing and receiving all items electronically.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate and maintain inventory cycle counts.
• Make inventory adjustments in M2M based on cycle counts.
• Acquiring/maintaining accurate lead times for supplies.
• Create purchase orders and order supplies for all departments.
• Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes on needed supplies.

The principal purpose of this role is to oversee the daily operations of an assigned shift while adhering to Blue Diamond's poliices and procedures. This position is open for all three shifts. 

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for all employees on assigned shift.
• Ensure that all lines are adequately manned and that employees are performing their jobs safely and correctly.
• Responsible for making sure that all employees take assigned breaks and lunches.
• Complete necessary paperwork and turn in as instructed.
• Work with Leadmen to ensure that they have what they need to run their lines. 
• Make that the plant is kept clean of debris, orderly, and keep an eye out for potential safety hazards.
• Clearly understand and follow safety protocol while ensuring your team does the same.

Responsibilities:

• Safe and legal operation of a commercial motor vehicle.
• Proper loading and unloading of freight to ensure safety and minimal risk of damage to cargo and danger to people.
• Maintain a safe distance behind the trailer when loading and unloading material through a vaccuum pump.
• Keep truck and area around silos clean.
• Ensure that maintenance on the truck is scheduled timely and records for maintenance are maintained.
• Responsible for keeping track of Resin, what railcar it is in, which silo to fill, and prioritize the delivery and needs.
• Assist production/utility (shipping/receiving) when not busy or as needed.

Extensive electrical knowledge and experience working with higher voltage (240/480) is required. Relocation offered for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and mechanical equipment, performing regular services and maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns.
• Fabricate parts for repairs and machine upgrades as well as maintaining stock and organizing spare parts.
• Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks while preparing and submitting maintenance reprots.
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints.
• Be able to contact and assist contractors as needed.
• Supervise maintenance employees to ensure that all PMs are completed timely.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate manufacturing processes based on KPI's and make process/equipment improvements.
• Understand future manufacturing capacity needs and support capacity expansion.
• Study production capacity needs and machine requirements/capabilities.
• Work closely with equipment vendors, to promote process improvements that increase production or reduce cost/waste.
• Optimize facility layouts, production lines, machine operations and network performance.
• Train staff in new processes.
• Adhere to company's rules and regulations.
• Stay up to date with latest production trends, best practices, and technology.

The principal purpose of this job is to assist with the day-to-day inside sales process and will act as an assistant to the Account Managers.

Responsibilities:

• Support sales team, as well as other company divisions, to service customer needs.
• Answer sales calls and direct to appropriate personnel.
• Enter orders into system and confirm to customers.
• Maintain incoming customer inquiry line and forward to appropriate salesperson.
• Maintain order status reports and liaison with sales and shipping to ensure timely delivery.
• Organize and file information.
