  • Check print on the pipe on each line that the employee is responsible for.
  • Visual inspection of the pipe being produced.
  • Match footage on the pipe with the Job Order.
  • Keep the area clean of debris.
  • Assist leadman and foreman with tying down reels and getting the next reel started.

Blue Diamond Industries is in search of a CDL (Bulk)Truck Driver (Class A - No restrictions) for its new Clinton, South Carolina plant. This is a full-time, permanent position that will be responsible for safely transporting our product. This role is local and will be home every night.

Responsibilities:

  • Safe and legal operation of a commercial motor vehicle.

  • Proper loading and unloading of freight to ensure safety and minimal risk of damage to cargo and danger to people.

  • Maintain a safe distance behind the trailer when loading and unloading material through a vacuum pump.

  • Keep truck and area around silos clean.

  • Ensure that maintenance on the truck is scheduled timely and records for maintenance are maintained.

  • Responsible for keeping track of Resin, what railcar it is in, which silo to fill, and prioritize the delivery and needs.

  • Assist production/utility (shipping/receiving) when not busy or as needed.

  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Skills and Specifications Required:

  • High School diploma or GED.

  • Commercial Drivers License (CDL)Class A

  • Ability to work under minimum supervision.

  • Up to date CDL Medical Card.

  • Excellent Driving Record.

  • Ability to work in all types of weather.

  • Ability to understand oral and written instructions.

Physical Requirements, with or without accommodation:

  • Regularly required to sit, stand and walk for long periods of times during a shift.

  • Must be able to occasionally lift, push and pull 50-100 lbs.

  • Must be able to work in a factory setting.

Blue Diamond Industries is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join the Clinton, SC team!

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees warehouse operations as a hands-on leader, serving and motivating warehouse employees, leading by example, and fostering a positive team-building atmosphere. The candidate will supervise and continuously improve all inbound, outbound, and internal inventory movement.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervision, training, and direct assistance of warehouse operations which include, but not limited to, loading/unloading, receiving, sorting, put away, picking, and inventory control.
  • Leading by example to ensure that all procedures and best practices are consistently followed.
  • Drive an efficient and motivated workforce by providing effective coaching, feedback, and encouragement.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels by leading regular physical counts with warehouse teams and reconcile discrepancies with the warehouse inventory system.
  • Ensure a culture of safety by enforcing safety standards and adhering to standard operational procedures.
  • Measure and report KPIs and operational metrics to the Operations Manager on a weekly basis

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal skill, leadership, and conflict resolution
  • Strong knowledge of modern warehousing practices and methods
  • Critical thinking ability and a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory management software
  • Able to operate a forklift

Education and/or Experience:

  • Proven track record of managing at least 5 warehouse employees
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience with inventory control, inventory reconciliation, and cycle counting
  • 3+ years of management experience in Warehousing or Logistics
