Blue Diamond Industries, LLC is pleased to announce Will Jensen has joined the team as CEO and will be based in the Corporate office in Lexington, Kentucky.
Will was raised in an ‘Entrepreneurial family’ in Northern California and holds a Master’s of Business Administration from Arizona State University, WP Carey School of Business, a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree from California State University, and an Associate of Science degree from Sierra College. Will has spent over twenty-five years working in the telecommunications and electronics industry globally holding roles such as President, General Manager, VP of Sales & Marketing, VP Operations, Director of Product Management and Product Development. Will has had notable success in driving businesses strategic direction and the expansion of technology to significantly increase the presence and growth of these businesses. He is bringing his superior track record in leadership with a focus on growth through innovation, cost management, problem solving, process management, operational management, and talent development.
Will succeeds Sherri Simpson, who was one of the founders of Blue Diamond Industries in 2004 and has been the CEO and CFO for the past 8 years. Sherri will remain with the Company in the role of CFO and will assist in the transition as the Hexatronic Group furthers its investment in human capital. Blue Diamond Industries is committed to providing excellent service and quality products to its customers and feel that this change, along with other planned additions, will help the Company grow while maintaining the core beliefs and principles that have made it successful
